Responsibilities
As a Painter, your responsibilities include the following:
- Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
- Repair cracks, holes, and surface imperfections
- Mix paint to achieve the desired colour and texture
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
- Measure, cut, and install wallpaper or fabric wall coverings
- Erect scaffolding, swing stages, and attach rigging safely
- Advise customers on colour selection and wall covering options
- Estimate material requirements and job costs
- Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times

Requirements
