Responsibilities
As a Retail Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers
- Assisting customers with product selection and inquiries
- Completing daily store operations and procedures
- Handling customer queries, concerns, and issues professionally
- Staying up to date with product knowledge and new technology
- Packing and processing online orders when required
- Maintaining daily stocktake and inventory procedures
- Keeping the store clean, organised, and presentable
- Supporting the Store Manager with daily operational tasks
- Ensuring sales transactions and inventory are accurately recorded

Requirements
