Responsibilities
As a food court attendant you shall:
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
- Take customer orders and package take-out food
- Portion, wrap, prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
- Replenish condiments and supplies at serving areas
- Operate dishwashers and clean dishes, glassware, and flatware
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, equipment, and work surfaces
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
- Receive, unpack, and store food supplies
- Remove kitchen garbage and maintain cleanliness of floors
- Keep records of food quantities used
