Responsibilities
As a food and beverage attendant at Hilton, you will be responsible to:
- Receive and serve guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide service in restaurants, bars, banquets, cafés, and room service
- Operate as a barista or bartender when required
- Maintain clean, tidy, and well-prepared service areas
- Handle customer accounts and cash transactions correctly
- Understand menus, promotions, and daily updates
- Respond to guest inquiries in a polite and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery
