Job Description

Faber-Castell NZ Ltd is currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse/Storeperson to join its team in East Tamaki.

This role is ideal for individuals with warehousing experience who enjoy working in a structured, fast-paced logistics environment. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock management, timely order fulfilment, and smooth daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse/Storeperson, your responsibilities include:

  • Picking, packing, and processing daily customer orders
  • Receiving and checking inward goods
  • Conducting stocktaking and inventory control
  • Managing general logistics tasks
  • Unloading containers and shipments
  • Operating light blister packing machinery and assisting with product assembly
  • Providing customer service support when required
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
  • Following current Health & Safety protocols

Requirements

The employer has outlined the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar warehouse/storeperson role
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Physically capable of lifting cartons and handling stock
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and systems
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Current New Zealand full driver’s licence
  • Forklift certification and/or forklift operation experience (Reach Truck preferred – bonus but not essential)
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations
  • Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ideally residing in eastern or southern Auckland (preferred but not essential)
