Job Description
An established international company is seeking experienced Warehouse Pickers to join its Prestons warehouse facility. This is a long-term opportunity with clear pathways to permanent employment, pay progression, and career growth.
The role is physically demanding and suited to candidates with strong warehouse experience who can work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment using RF scanning technology.
Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Picker and Packer, you will be responsible to:
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners
- Perform regular heavy lifting and manual handling
- Meet daily productivity and KPI targets
- Maintain high accuracy in order fulfillment
- Follow warehouse safety procedures at all times
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
- Work effectively as part of a warehouse team

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Previous warehouse picking experience (essential)
- RF scanning experience (essential)
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to perform heavy lifting
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and attendance record
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong work ethic and commitment to productivity
- Legal right to work in Australia
