Responsibilities
As a Security & Safety Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily operations of security guards and safety personnel
- Conducting safety inspections and identifying potential hazards
- Supporting risk assessments across all Distribution Centers
- Monitoring daily activities to achieve zero repeated accidents
- Preparing reports related to CCTV monitoring, incidents, and guard performance
- Ensuring implementation of security and safety instructions and action plans
- Following up on compliance with regulatory authorities (Civil Defense, Municipality, SFDA, etc.)
- Managing entrance control, access systems, and visitor protocols
- Monitoring training completion and ensuring team readiness
- Training team members on safety basics and emergency response procedures

Requirements
