Job Description
Clayton’s Towing Service is seeking a reliable and motivated Nightshift Tow Truck Operator to join our Nambour-based team. This role involves responding to roadside incidents, safely transporting vehicles, and delivering professional customer service during night shifts.
No prior tilt tray experience is required, as full training is provided at our Nambour training facility. This is an excellent opportunity to start or grow a long-term career in the towing industry.

Responsibilities
As a Nightshift Tow Truck Operator, your responsibilities include:
- Safely operating tilt tray tow trucks
- Loading, unloading, and transporting vehicles, plant, and equipment
- Responding to roadside emergencies and accident scenes
- Providing professional and courteous customer service
- Maintaining accurate towing records using in-vehicle systems
- Following all workplace health and safety regulations
- Representing Clayton’s Towing with professionalism at all times

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Valid MR licence (or higher)
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and night shifts
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
- Understanding of safe work practices
- Must reside on the Sunshine Coast
- Willingness to learn and undertake full training
