Job Description
DKSH is currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join the Performance Materials Supply Chain team in Auckland. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service, managing customer orders end-to-end, and supporting smooth delivery outcomes.
The Performance Materials business provides innovative food ingredients and raw material solutions to industries including pharmaceuticals, coatings, plastics, personal care, and agriculture.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at DKSH, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from entry through to delivery, while providing day-to-day sales support and administrative assistance. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidence with numbers, and sound decision-making to ensure accurate pricing, orders, and customer satisfaction. You will carry out the following:
- Deliver high-quality customer service and respond promptly to enquiries
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders, pricing, and adjustments
- Provide sales support and administrative assistance, including order confirmations and reporting
- Monitor outstanding orders and proactively manage delivery issues
- Apply strong numeracy skills to validate quantities, pricing, credits, and invoices
- Make informed decisions to resolve customer issues within agreed guidelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements
- Support DIFOT and customer service performance targets

Requirements
DKSH requires candidates who have:
- Strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills
- High attention to detail with confidence working with numbers
- Sound judgement and effective decision-making ability
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and eager to learn
- Confident using IT systems such as Excel and Word (SAP experience is an advantage)
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or supply chain is beneficial
