Job Description
Hilton Riyadh Olaya is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team on a full-time basis. This role is responsible for delivering an excellent Guest and Member experience through efficient, timely, and courteous service, while maintaining strong knowledge of menu offerings and Hilton brand standards.

Responsibilities
As a Waiter / Waitress, your responsibilities include:
- Serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
- Managing guest queries professionally and courteously
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with licensing regulations
- Maintaining strong knowledge of menus and all food and beverage offerings
- Ensuring mise-en-place is fully stocked at all service stations
- Delivering food and beverage orders to a consistently high standard
- Following correct reporting procedures when issues arise
- Practicing Hilton grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
- Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health & safety legislation

Requirements
