Responsibilities

As a Crane Operator, your responsibilities include the following:

• Operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and Saudi Aramco safety standards
• Perform lifting, hoisting, and positioning of heavy equipment and materials as per approved lifting plans
• Conduct daily inspections of cranes, rigging tools, and safety devices, and report defects or malfunctions
• Ensure all lifting operations comply with Aramco, client, and company HSE requirements
• Communicate clearly with riggers, signalmen, and supervisors during lifting activities
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and job risk assessments
• Maintain accurate operational records and inspection checklists
• Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and project lifting activities as required

Requirements

The company has set the following requirements regarding education, experience, and skills:

• Education: Any graduation
• Experience: Minimum 5–10 years as a crane operator
• GCC Experience: At least 3 years (mandatory)
• Certification: Valid Saudi Aramco Crane Operator Certificate (mandatory)
• Language: Fluent in English
• Additional Skills:
  • Strong understanding of lifting plans, load charts, and safety procedures
  • Experience in super lifting operations (preferred)
  • Physically fit, safety-conscious, and responsible
  • Willingness to work at project sites, during shutdowns, and on shift schedules
