Job Description
Gulfmaid is seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator – Pipes to join its manufacturing team in Jeddah. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience operating pipe extrusion machinery and working with plastic materials such as PVC, CPVC, and PPR.
You will be responsible for operating production machines safely and efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and supporting smooth production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator – Pipes, your key duties will include:
- Operating and monitoring machines according to approved SOPs
- Ensuring strict compliance with safety rules and proper use of PPE
- Performing regular quality checks and reporting issues immediately
- Completing production and quality documentation accurately
- Adjusting machine parameters within permitted limits
- Troubleshooting minor machine issues to minimize downtime
- Maintaining machine cleanliness and performing basic maintenance
- Applying 5S standards and keeping the work area organized
- Handling raw materials and supporting efficient production flow
- Executing machine changeovers correctly and on time
- Providing clear and accurate shift handovers
- Meeting daily production targets and reducing machine downtime
