Job Description
Marriott International is seeking a skilled and proactive Pool Technician to support maintenance operations at its hospitality facilities in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for candidates with technical maintenance experience who enjoy hands-on work and delivering excellent service in a guest-focused environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to guest maintenance requests, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting the safe and efficient operation of pool, mechanical, and building systems.

Roles & Responsibilities
As a Pool Technician, your duties will include:
- Responding promptly to guest repair and maintenance requests
- Communicating effectively with guests to resolve maintenance concerns
- Performing preventive maintenance on tools, pool systems, kitchen equipment, and mechanical room equipment
- Cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting tools, machines, and equipment
- Carrying and maintaining required equipment (tools, radios, etc.)
- Identifying, locating, and operating shut-off valves for utilities and equipment
- Ensuring proper shutdown of building systems during maintenance or emergencies
- Maintaining maintenance inventory and requisitioning parts and supplies as needed
- Communicating daily activities and issues to other shifts using approved systems
- Supporting energy conservation and safe operating practices
