Key Responsibilities

This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality meals and maintaining efficient kitchen operations.

Prepare and cook meals according to menu requirements
Handle special dietary needs, including food allergies or intolerances
Prepare and cook specialized meals as directed by chefs or dietary guidelines
Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and safe handling practices
Maintain inventory and accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
Requisition kitchen supplies as needed
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and follow strict hygiene and safety protocols
