Key Responsibilities
This role is essential in supporting production and logistics operations through safe and efficient material handling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment
- Operate overhead cranes and hoists to move heavy materials
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Stage materials for production and workflow continuity
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues
- Follow safety procedures, including OSHA and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Support general warehouse and production activities
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficiency

Requirements
To qualify for this position, you should have:
Languages
- English (required)
Education
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Experience
- 1–2 years of forklift operation experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Additional Requirements
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Overhead crane certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of safe rigging and lifting practices (preferred)
- Ability to read work orders and shipping documents
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Work Conditions
