Key Responsibilities
As a Hairstylist, your main duties will include:
- Advise clients on beauty care treatments and suitable hairstyles.
- Analyze clients’ hair and scalp conditions.
- Cut and trim hair according to clients’ instructions and preferences.
- Shampoo customers’ hair and provide custom hair and scalp treatments.
- Shave and trim beards and moustaches.
- Perform hair treatments such as waving, straightening, tinting and scalp conditioning massages.
- Apply bleach, tints, dyes and rinses for colouring, frosting and streaking.
- Apply hair extensions as required.
- Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair.
