Ballangeich Run is seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Dairy Cattle Farmer to join its team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for an individual with strong dairy farming experience who can manage daily milking operations, supervise staff, and support overall farm productivity while maintaining high safety and animal welfare standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a Dairy Cattle Farmer, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily milking operations, including milking approximately 1,600 cows on a 66-stand rotary
- Supervising and coordinating daily farm operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Overseeing maintenance of dairy facilities, equipment, and infrastructure
- Supervising and supporting other team members
- Managing pasture, herd health, and young stock
- Ensuring strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures
- Supporting efficient, safe, and productive farm operations

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum five (5) years of dairy farming experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (or related field) with at least two (2) years of dairy farm experience
- Valid full Driver Licence (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of dairy operations and animal welfare
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious work ethic
