Job Description
Ninja is currently seeking Customer Service Agents to join its growing support team in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
As a frontline representative of the Ninja brand, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries, supporting order-related concerns, and delivering a consistently positive experience across all customer interactions.

Responsibilities
