Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting livestock care and maintaining daily farm operations:
- Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and work areas
- Develop and guide the behaviour of farm animals
- Diagnose livestock health issues
- Disinfect pens, barns, and livestock areas
- Handle livestock safely and responsibly
- Mark livestock as proof of ownership
- Organize tasks to complete farm operations efficiently
- Perform livestock feeding duties
- Prepare clean and dry areas for calving cows
- Assist with weaning processes
- Feed and tend animals daily

Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following:

Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of related farming or livestock experience
