Job Description
In this role, successful candidates will accurately read allocated meter routes in a timely, efficient and safe manner in their allocated neighborhoods working from Monday to Friday varying according to work schedules and individual ability.
Key Responsibilities
As a meter reader, you will be responsible for the following:
- Accurately read allocated meter routes in a timely, efficient and safe manner
- Uphold the Service Stream safety standards and publicly represent Service Stream and our clients in a professional manner
- Understand and ensure targets are met
- Ability to work independently but also work with other members of the team
- Regularly communicate with office support team
- Upload/download route information to/from hand-held device

- Current valid drivers licence
- Reliable motor vehicle and mobile phone
- Ready to learn and able to work on your own

- We work Monday to Friday, days and hours vary according to individual availability and work schedules
- Flexible and comfortable with daily travel of up to, or more than 45 minutes each way
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good attention to detail is required
