Job Description
In this role, successful candidates will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests while ensuring efficient front-office operations and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Act as the first point of contact for guests and customers.
- Manage multi-line telephone systems and direct calls appropriately.
- Take messages accurately and relay information promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems.
- Handle administrative and front-office tasks efficiently.
- Support communication between departments when required.
- Ensure reception areas remain organized and presentable.
- Assist with basic data entry and office administration duties.
Education, Skills and Experience
To qualify for the job, you will need the following:
