Job Description

In this role, successful candidates will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests while ensuring efficient front-office operations and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Act as the first point of contact for guests and customers.
  • Manage multi-line telephone systems and direct calls appropriately.
  • Take messages accurately and relay information promptly.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems.
  • Handle administrative and front-office tasks efficiently.
  • Support communication between departments when required.
  • Ensure reception areas remain organized and presentable.
  • Assist with basic data entry and office administration duties.

Education, Skills and Experience

To qualify for the job, you will need the following:

Languages

  • English (Mandatory)
  • Bilingual candidates preferred

Education

  • Any Graduation
  • Additional certification in Office Administration or a related field is considered an advantage

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role
  • Corporate environment experience preferred
