Job Description

In this role, successful candidates will be responsible for assisting with daily farming operations, including planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops while maintaining quality standards and supporting overall farm productivity.

Key Responsibilities

As a Farm Worker – Vegetables, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate vegetable and fruit crops.
  • Harvest crops according to quality standards.
  • Sort freshly harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots.
  • Train fruit trees to improve fruit quality and production.
  • Perform general farm maintenance and field work.
  • Follow farm safety procedures and operational guidelines.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and farming equipment.
  • Support team members to complete seasonal farming activities.
  • Ensure crops are handled carefully to maintain quality.
