Job Description

In this role, successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out commercial painting and rendering projects while maintaining exceptional workmanship, following workplace safety standards, and supporting project completion within scheduled deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

As a Painter & Renderer, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Perform commercial painting and rendering work to a high professional standard.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming before painting.
  • Apply paints, coatings, and rendering materials using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
  • Operate airless spray guns and other painting equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow project specifications and quality standards.
  • Work under the direction of the Project Foreman to complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project deadlines.
  • Deliver high-quality finishes while maintaining attention to detail.
